E-Commerce Operations Assistant
We’re looking for someone detail-oriented and dependable to support online store operations. You’ll help keep product listings updated, manage inventory, and handle basic customer enquiries. If you’re familiar with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or Shopify — and enjoy staying organised — this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Update product listings across Shopee, Lazada, Shopify & more
- Input pricing, stock levels, and product details accurately
- Monitor and manage stock availability
- Track order status and shipping updates
- Respond to basic customer enquiries via chat
- Assist with order fulfilment or coordination with vendors
- Flag listing issues or order problems for review
- Check product images and descriptions for consistency
- Prepare weekly inventory or product reports
- Support day-to-day tasks assigned by the operations team
What We’re Looking For:
- Familiar with backend tools on Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets or basic dashboards
- Fast learner who can pick up new systems and adjust to various platform processes with ease.
- Able to follow clear workflows and SOPs
- Proactive and self-disciplined while working remotely
- Prior e-commerce, retail, or admin support experience
- Basic written English for product copy or chats
- Can meet deadlines reliably and respond to updates
- Interested in online shopping or product trends
