  • Perform friendly “health checks” on our website to make sure it’s easy for search engines (and people!) to navigate and understand.
  • Optimize our website pages – think captivating meta descriptions, friendly titles, and helpful content that guides users.
  • Help us build strong online connections and make sure our local listings (like Google My Business) are top-notch.
  • Work closely with our content creators to ensure all new content is designed to be easily found.
  • Keep a close eye on our website’s performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Track our SEO progress, sharing exciting reports and suggesting ways to make things even better
  • Stay curious about the latest Google updates and SEO trends – we love innovation!
  • Spot new opportunities to grow our online presence and recommend proactive strategies.
  • Collaborate with our web team to implement any technical SEO improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Around 3+ years of dedicated experience in SEO, with a special touch for real estate.
  • A proven track record of helping websites rank higher and attract more visitors.
  • Comfortable with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Semrush, and Ahrefs.
  • A good understanding of how the technical side of websites impacts SEO.
  • Skilled in keyword research, competitor analysis, and making content search-friendly.
  • Familiarity with local SEO and optimizing Google My Business profiles.
  • A basic understanding of how website code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) relates to SEO is a bonus.
  • You’re analytical and great at turning data into smart action plans.
  • Excellent communication skills – you can clearly explain SEO concepts to anyone.
  • You can work independently and manage multiple exciting projects at once.
