Marketing Automation Specialist

What You'll Be Building:

  • You’ll design, create, and fine-tune automated marketing campaigns – like friendly email sequences that guide prospects on their journey.
  • You’ll connect our marketing automation tools with our customer relationship system (CRM) to ensure everything flows perfectly.
  • Help us send the right messages to the right people by segmenting our audience thoughtfully.
  • Set up smart ways to score leads, helping our sales team focus on those who are most interested.
  • Create welcoming landing pages and forms that make it easy for people to connect with us.
  • Watch how our automated campaigns are doing, finding ways to make them even better and more personal.
  • Test different approaches to see what resonates best with our audience.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our sales, marketing, and tech teams to bring amazing automation solutions to life.
  • Stay curious about the latest trends in marketing automation – we love new ideas!

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Around 3+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Pardot, or similar – hands-on experience is key!
  • A good grasp of CRM systems and how they integrate with marketing automation.
  • You know how to craft engaging lead nurturing campaigns and email sequences.
  • You’re analytical and love turning data into actionable insights.
  • Great at communicating and collaborating with different teams.
  • Detail-oriented and wonderfully organized.
  • If you know a little HTML/CSS for email templates, that’s a nice bonus!
  • Experience in real estate is a definite plus, but not a strict requirement if you’re eager to learn.
