Lead Generation Representative

We’re searching for an enthusiastic Lead Generation Representative to help us connect with new potential clients and open doors for our real estate agents. If you enjoy sparking conversations and helping people take the first step towards their real estate dreams, this role is for you!
Your Mission:
- You’ll reach out to potential clients (by phone, email, or even social media) to see if we can help them on their real estate journey.
- Discover new ways to find interested individuals, whether it’s through online research or connecting at events.
- Chat with prospects to understand what they’re looking for in their next home or investment.
- Gently introduce them to how our services can make their real estate experience smooth and successful.
- Keep excellent notes in our CRM system so everyone stays on the same page.
- Offer helpful information and build a friendly connection with potential clients.
- Work closely with our real estate agents to introduce them to genuinely interested individuals.
- Celebrate your progress as you track how many wonderful leads you’re generating!
- Stay curious about what’s happening in the local real estate market.
- Enjoy learning new skills and techniques to become even better at what you do.
What Would Make You a Great Fit:
- A high school diploma is great; a Bachelor’s degree is a nice bonus.
- Around 1-2 years of experience in a role where you connected with customers or generated leads, like inside sales.
- If you’ve worked in real estate, that’s a big plus!
- You’re a natural conversationalist – clear, friendly, and persuasive.
- A good listener who knows how to ask the right questions.
- Comfortable using CRM software to keep track of your wonderful connections.
- Self-motivated and love working towards goals.
- Resilient and see every conversation as a learning opportunity.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- A general interest in US real estate markets is helpful.
