Admin & Logistics Coordinator
We’re looking for someone organised and reliable to support daily admin and logistics tasks. You’ll help with tracking, scheduling, and spreadsheet updates that keep the team running smoothly. If you’re comfortable with Google Sheets and handling backend operations, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Update tracking sheets for deliveries and shipments
- Follow up with vendors or drivers for status updates
- Input order details and logistics info into shared sheets
- Prepare daily or weekly operations reports
- Help maintain and organise internal docs or records
- Check order timelines and flag delays
- Manage communication across logistics or admin groups
- File delivery notes, receipts, or confirmations
- Cross-check reports with suppliers if discrepancies arise
- Assist with other backend ops tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Strong with Excel or Google Sheets
- Organised and good with time management
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or admin roles
- Good written communication, especially for follow-ups
- Comfortable handling daily tracking and coordination
- Punctual and able to manage recurring tasks
- Attention to detail when working with numbers
- Team player with good communication habits
- Problem-solver when things go off-schedule
- Able to handle repetitive but critical tasks efficiently
