- Share your exciting findings and ideas with our team, making recommendations that help us grow.
- Work hand-in-hand with our marketing, design, and development teams to bring your ideas to life.
- Keep an eye on how visitors move through our site, finding opportunities to smooth their journey.
- Stay curious about the latest trends in making websites more user-friendly and persuasive.
- Prepare friendly reports that celebrate our successes and highlight new opportunities.
What We'll Love About You:
- A background in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
- Around 3+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, with a track record of making things better.
- Comfortable with web analytics tools (like Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms.
- A good understanding of how people use websites and what makes them tick.
- You’re great at looking at data, spotting trends, and figuring out what it means.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You can clearly explain complex ideas to anyone.
- Familiarity with tools that show how people click and scroll (like Hotjar) is a bonus.
- If you’ve worked in real estate or a similar industry where big decisions are made, that’s wonderful!
