Your Day-to-Day Impact:
- You’ll gather, clean, and organize valuable data from various sources, including our customer systems, marketing platforms, and property databases.
- Dive into the numbers to find exciting trends, patterns, and connections in real estate market data, customer behavior, and how we’re doing.
- Create friendly dashboards and reports (using tools like Tableau or Power BI) that make complex data easy to understand for everyone.
- Share actionable recommendations based on your findings – helping us make smarter choices in marketing, sales, and operations.
- Explore the market and what our competitors are doing to help us shine.
- Team up with our marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their needs and deliver helpful insights.
- Ensure our data is always sparkling clean and accurate.
- Present your discoveries in a clear and engaging way, whether to fellow analysts or team leaders.
- Stay curious about new ways to analyze data and what’s happening in the real estate world.
What Would Make You a Great Fit:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. A Master’s is a nice bonus!
- Around 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role.
- Comfortable using SQL to get the data you need.
- Skilled with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- You’re analytical, great at solving problems, and have a wonderful eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills – you can tell a compelling story with data!
- Very comfortable with spreadsheets (like Excel) for data crunching.
- If you know R or Python for data analysis, that’s a plus!
