F&B Order Support Assistant

We’re looking for someone detail-oriented and responsive to support the daily operations of food delivery platforms — all from home. In this role, you’ll help manage online menus, monitor incoming orders, and coordinate updates with F&B partners using merchant dashboards like GrabFood, Foodpanda, Deliveroo, Oddle, or similar systems. If you enjoy staying organised, have a good eye for accuracy, and are looking for flexible remote work, we’d love to have you join our support team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage and update online menu listings across delivery platforms (e.g. GrabFood, Foodpanda, Deliveroo)
Monitor and handle incoming food orders in real time
Coordinate with kitchen or vendor teams online to confirm orders and share updates
Handle customer messages or order issues via in-app chat or email
Review menus for missing or outdated items and flag changes to the team
Help maintain platform dashboards (status, hours, delivery settings)
Track and log order issues or feedback for internal use
Upload menu photos or daily promos as needed
Help monitor orders and respond quickly during lunch/dinner peak hours
Coordinate closely with the operations or support team remotely

What We're Looking For:

Familiar with food delivery apps or merchant portals (e.g. GrabMerchant, Foodpanda Merchant, Deliveroo Hub)
Able to multitask and stay calm under time pressure
Comfortable using basic admin tools (e.g. Google Sheets, Excel)
Detail-oriented and responsive to changes
Able to read and reply clearly to customers or delivery partners
Prior experience in F&B or food tech is a plus
Flexible schedule and available during peak hours preferred
Good coordination skills and fast learner
Reliable internet connection and remote setup
Suitable for ex-F&B staff, admin support, or part-time seekers
