F&B Order Support Assistant
We’re looking for someone detail-oriented and responsive to support the daily operations of food delivery platforms — all from home. In this role, you’ll help manage online menus, monitor incoming orders, and coordinate updates with F&B partners using merchant dashboards like GrabFood, Foodpanda, Deliveroo, Oddle, or similar systems. If you enjoy staying organised, have a good eye for accuracy, and are looking for flexible remote work, we’d love to have you join our support team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and update online menu listings across delivery platforms (e.g. GrabFood, Foodpanda, Deliveroo)
- Monitor and handle incoming food orders in real time
- Coordinate with kitchen or vendor teams online to confirm orders and share updates
- Handle customer messages or order issues via in-app chat or email
- Review menus for missing or outdated items and flag changes to the team
- Help maintain platform dashboards (status, hours, delivery settings)
- Track and log order issues or feedback for internal use
- Upload menu photos or daily promos as needed
- Help monitor orders and respond quickly during lunch/dinner peak hours
- Coordinate closely with the operations or support team remotely
What We're Looking For:
- Familiar with food delivery apps or merchant portals (e.g. GrabMerchant, Foodpanda Merchant, Deliveroo Hub)
- Able to multitask and stay calm under time pressure
- Comfortable using basic admin tools (e.g. Google Sheets, Excel)
- Detail-oriented and responsive to changes
- Able to read and reply clearly to customers or delivery partners
- Prior experience in F&B or food tech is a plus
- Flexible schedule and available during peak hours preferred
- Good coordination skills and fast learner
- Reliable internet connection and remote setup
- Suitable for ex-F&B staff, admin support, or part-time seekers
