Guest Services Support (Hospitality, Remote)

Enjoy helping people and creating smooth guest experiences? Join us in a support role where you’ll assist with online bookings, questions, and guest feedback — all remotely. Great for those with hospitality or customer service backgrounds.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Chat with guests online — WhatsApp, email, or in-platform
  • Help with booking changes, check-in/check-out requests
  • Answer general questions about locations, amenities, etc.
  • Handle simple complaints or escalate complex issues
  • Track and log guest feedback
  • Coordinate with on-site teams for urgent matters
  • Send reminders or instructions before check-ins
  • Update guest booking notes in the system
  • Provide polite, warm communication in writing
  • Assist the operations team with support ticket updates

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong written English and professional tone
  • Able to reply promptly and patiently
  • Hospitality, front desk, or customer service experience
  • Comfortable using chat platforms and internal tools
  • Friendly and solutions-focused attitude
  • Can work during peak or weekend hours (if needed)
  • Experience with booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com is a plus)
  • Calm under pressure when handling complaints
  • Reliable and self-managed during shifts
  • Enjoys helping people and solving small problems
