- Reach out to warm leads (by phone, email, or message) to learn about their real estate needs and aspirations.
- Clearly explain how we can help them achieve their real estate goals.
- Listen to their questions, offer helpful answers, and calmly address any concerns.
- Schedule exciting appointments and consultations for our real estate agents with genuinely interested prospects.
- Keep our CRM system updated with all your wonderful conversations and connections.
- Follow up consistently, building a friendly relationship with leads as they consider their options.
- Work hand-in-hand with our real estate agents to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
- Celebrate your successes as you help us meet our sales goals!
- Keep learning about the local real estate market to better assist your callers.
What We're Excited to See:
- A high school diploma is great; a Bachelor’s degree is a bonus.
- Around 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar role where you interacted with customers, especially if it was in real estate.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding your goals – we love celebrating wins!
- Excellent communication skills – you’re a natural at connecting with people.
- You’re persuasive in a friendly, helpful way.
- Comfortable using CRM software to manage your connections.
- Self-motivated and dedicated to helping others.
